The UFA Youth Supreme Quest is a Supreme Championship show open to the Champions
from qualified Junior shows.  The winner of the UFA Youth Supreme Quest will recieve a 
$2,500 cash award and merchandise.  All Junior Shows may apply to have a representative
in the Quest.  All shows and programs must apply in advance to qualify there show.
